We want you to love what you receive from The Wiccan Willow. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened incense or any items that have been used.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thewiccanwillow@hotmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
